John

Partner - Operations and development

John is an ordained minister ministering in music, preaching, and teaching for nearly half a century. A major emphasis of John's life is his focus on getting the gospel to the places and peoples where it is unknown.  John oversees operations at To Every People (TEP) and is engaged in challenging and encouraging God's people to generous giving to finish the task of Christ's commission. 

Doug

Partner - global leadership training and development

Doug’s deepest desire is to glorify God by being fully satisfied with Him. Doug had the privilege of serving a group of wonderful people as a Senior Pastor for over 30 years at the same church in the great state of Texas. During the last 16 years of that pastorate Doug traveled to many locations training leaders and equipping them to become more like Jesus.  Making disciples is the heartbeat of what drives Doug.  When the opportunity opened at To Every People, Doug and his wife knew it was where God wanted them to spend the next chapter in their lives.

Mike

Partner - global strategy and development

Mike desires to obey God and be a small part of Christ’s vision in Rev. 7:9, "some of every people group worshiping around the throne." Mike loves connecting the West with what God is doing through nationals who are leading the charge to replicate disciples, leaders, and churches, leading to multiplying movements of God, where the Gospel is not - Romans 15:20. Mike has served Jesus in local churches and global missions for over 35 years.

Molly

director - GLOBAL women's ministry

Molly is dedicated to spreading the Gospel and sharing Jesus' love through holistic outreach that meets physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. As a full-time missionary for 10 years, she founded and directed a ministry in rural East Africa, focusing on discipleship, family revitalization, and sustainable business training. Her heart for the nations has been shaped through active ministry from her home state of  Arkansas to various countries in Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East. Joining TEP felt like a divinely orchestrated step to further her mission of ministering to women and families.
